Their existing platform was creating friction in the customer journey, failing to capture the essence of luxury automotive retail in the digital space.

The existing website was driving potential customers away, with a staggering 60% abandonment rate during vehicle configurations. The fragmented booking system across different dealership locations created confusion, while the mobile experience failed to serve the 70% of users accessing the site on their phones.
